Delivery & Licensing

Current Ci offers are digital or service-based. No physical shipping is required.

How delivery works

Depending on the package, delivery may include project communication, cloud deployment, account provisioning, documentation, files, licensed access, configuration or another electronic method agreed for the engagement.

Software access

Where a Ci product includes hosted access, the applicable user, organization, environment or term of access will be confirmed as part of the package or project scope. Access credentials are issued electronically.

Licensing

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, purchase of a Ci package does not automatically transfer ownership of Ci's underlying frameworks, reusable components, methods or branding. Product-specific usage rights are defined by the package and, where relevant, the project agreement.

Third-party costs

External hosting, domains, APIs, app-store fees or third-party licenses are included only when explicitly stated. Otherwise they remain the customer's responsibility.
