Ci Service Terms

These terms describe the commercial starting point for purchases made through the Ci™ — Crispin Intelligence Shopify storefront.

What Ci sells

Ci offers software, ERP, automation, architecture, setup and custom development services. Each product page describes the included starting scope. Expanded integrations, migrations, custom modules, third-party fees or work beyond that scope may require a separate written quote or scope confirmation.

Orders and project start

Completing checkout creates an order for the selected package. Ci may contact you after purchase to confirm requirements, access, timing and implementation details before substantive delivery begins.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, lawful data and content, required permissions, and timely access to systems or stakeholders needed for delivery.

Third-party services

Some solutions may depend on third-party hosting, APIs, software, payment systems or other services. Their availability, pricing and terms are controlled by their respective providers unless Ci expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of project-specific deliverables depend on the package and project agreement. Ci retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable components, methods, know-how and branding unless expressly transferred in writing.

Acceptable use

Ci services may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malicious software, infringement or activity that would expose Ci or its providers to unreasonable legal or security risk.
